About the Powerboat Superleague
The Powerboat Superleague is the sanctioning body for the High Point
Challenge.
Since 1986, the Powerboat Superleague has
conducted over 132 racing events in two continents and in four
countries.
As the first stop for the 2008
Superleague tour, the High Point Challenge expects competitors from
at least fourteen states and Canada.
The Formula 2 and Formula 3 boats hitting
the water are capable of accelerating from zero to 100 MPH in under
six seconds. The F3
boats can reach up to 85 MPH in the straightaway while the F2 can
reach 115 MPH and pull 3Gs while turning.

General Admissions Tickets
$9 per day for advance ticket purchases
$10 per day at the gate
$15 two-day ticket package
Children 12 and under are free with paid adult ticket!
Admiral's Club Tickets
High end, up close, all inclusive race experience.
Tickets include private hospitality with complimentary catered food
and beverage, paddock access, souvenir program, covered seating and
great view of the racing action. Tickets are good for the
weekend and are $75 each.
